( that $100 fee says something, even Marriott only charges $25!)

About maintenance fees, it really makes me wonder - does it really cost $495 a week to maintain to this condition? Think about it, that's about $2000 month just for maintenance and utilities. That's a lot of $$$. wOW.
By the way, did you know that a typical filing fee at the courthouse of a warranty deed for a timeshare is under $50. Including all attorney fees, mailing costs, handling fees and filing fees, I spend no more than $125 with my attorney for the whole process in Nueces County!
